For fans
When can I download Privé?
Soon. Privé is coming to iPhone and Android, and this page will point to the stores the day it’s live.
Who is Privé for?
Adults only. You must be 18 or older to use Privé, as a fan or as a creator.
Do coins expire?
No. Coins stay in your wallet until you spend them, and every price is shown before you pay.
Can I cash out my coins?
No. Coins are for spending in Privé, and can’t be withdrawn.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes. When you buy coins, the platform fee and taxes are shown as separate lines and included in the total, before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Coins are spent the moment you use them. Once a call connects, or if you cancel a booking, it can’t be refunded. If a call never connects, you aren’t charged, and if a creator calls off a live you booked, your coins come back.
What if I cancel a live I booked?
Your coins aren’t refunded, but your seat stays yours: you can still join the live.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, in coins, so you never miss a post. We remind you a day before, and one switch turns renewal off. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I delete a message I sent?
Yes. Within 2 days of sending it, you can delete a message for everyone.
Can anyone screenshot my chats?
Not inside the app. Screenshots and screen recording are blocked on Android, and on iPhone wherever iOS allows it. Your chats are encrypted in transit, and you can block anyone at any time.
For creators
Who can be a creator?
Adults only, 18 or older. Every creator is reviewed before going live.
What can I charge for?
Messages, photos, audio and video calls, lives, members-only posts and subscriptions. You set each price, and change it whenever you like.
Is there a minimum price?
Call prices start at 50 coins, and subscription plans run for 7 days or longer.
Can I run a sale?
Yes. A timed sale takes 10 to 70% off, for 1 to 14 days. The discount comes from your price.
Who receives my broadcasts?
Your followers, your subscribers or both, as you choose. Everyone in that group gets it.
What happens if I call off a live?
Fans who booked get their coins back.
Can I choose who reaches me?
Yes. Switch messages and calls on or off, one by one, and block anyone at any time.
Can fans save what I send?
Screenshots and screen recording are blocked in the app (on iPhone, wherever iOS allows it), and members-only photos and videos open only in the Privé app, not on the website.
How do creators get paid?
Every creator is reviewed before going live. Earnings collect in the creator wallet and are withdrawn to a bank account from the app.
